摘要
目的评价氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合应用治疗牙本质过敏症的近期临床疗效。方法 42例牙本质过敏症患者共计142颗患牙分为3组:氟化物涂膜组(A组)47颗患牙、半导体激光组(B组)47颗患牙、氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合组(C组)48颗患牙。采用数字化疼痛评判法测量牙本质敏感程度。每组患者分3个阶段进行疗效评估,观察治疗前、治疗后(10 min)、1个月及3个月的VAS值。采用单因素方差分析对结果进行统计学分析。结果 3种方法对于牙本质过敏症的治疗在不同的时间均有疗效;C组与其他两组相比较,具有更好的疗效(P<0.05)。结论氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合应用治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效优于单独使用氟化物涂膜或半导体激光。
Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical therapeutic effects of the combination of laser irradiation with fluoride varnish on dentin hypersensitivity(DH).Methods Forty-two patients with 142 dentin hypersensitive teeth were divided into three groups according to the treatments,the fluoride varnish group(A,47 teeth),the semi-conductor laser irradiation group(B,47 teeth),and the group with both procedures(C,48 teeth).A visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to measure DH.The selected teeth in the three groups received efficacy assessments for three sessions.VAS value was observed before the treatment,10 minutes,one month and three months after the treatment.Finally,ANOVA was applied to determine the differences among the groups(P0.05).Result Though the three treatments of DH at different time all demonstrated curative effect,group C was the best(P0.05).Conclusion The combined application of semi-conductor laser irradiation and fluoride varnish is more effective in the treatment of DH than the single procedure.
