21例外伤脱位牙再植的临床观察

摘要目的探讨脱位牙再植成功的影响因素。方法 21例34个脱位牙经常规处理后原位再植、固定,并进行5年的随访观察。结果 34个脱位牙中再植成功32个,总成功率94.1%,其中疗效优41.2%,疗效良52.9%。结论脱位时间短,离体牙保存方法得当,牙根尖孔未发育完成者,以及牙周。
