荣成湾海域细菌时空变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用流式细胞术(FCM)、平板计数法和滤膜法对2009年荣成湾水体中浮游细菌丰度、鳗弧菌和粪大肠菌群数量进行测定,并探讨了浮游细菌丰度与环境因子的相关性。结果显示,水样中浮游细菌丰度变化范围为3.1×10^8~3.3×10^9个/L,其中最高值在R7站位,分布呈现较强时间性和区域性;鳗弧菌数量变化范围为2.0×i0。~6.16×10e个/I。;粪大肠菌群最高值为800个/L,低于我国海水水质标准(≤2000个/L)。同时对2009—02,05,08,11浮游细菌丰度与环境因子的相关性进行分析,得出:2009—02,05,温度(低于12℃)与浮游细菌丰度成正相关;2009—08,温度、N03、NH+和PO43-与浮游细菌丰度成正相关,DO值与浮游细菌丰度呈负相关;200911,NO3-与浮游细菌丰度呈正相关。因此上述因子是限制该海域浮游细菌丰度分布的关键因子。 By using flow cytometry (FCM), plate count and filtration membrane respectively, bacterio-plankton abundance, number of Vibrio anguillarum and fecal coliform groups were detected. The correlation between bacterioplankton abundance and the environmental factors was analyzed. The results indicated that the bacterioplankton abundance in seawater was about 3.1×10^8-3.3×10^9cells/L, and the number of Vibrio anguillarum was 2.0×10^4-6.2×10^6 cells/L. The maximum of fecal coliform group value was 800 cells/L which was lower than the Chinese National Standard of Seawater Quality (42 000 cells/ L). The distribution of bacterioplankton was temporal and regional. Meanwhile, we analyzed the correlation between bacterioplankton abundance and the environmental factors, it shown that there was a positive correlation between the bacterioplankton abundance and temperature which was lower than 12 ℃ in February and May. And there was a positive correlation between bacterioplankton abundance and the environmental factors, temperature, NH4+ , NO3- , POa , in August. While the DO value was negatively correlated with the bacterioplankton abundance. In November the content of NO3- influenced the bacterioplankton abundance most. All the above-mentioned environmental factors might be the primary limiting factors.
