美国南方钢头鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)的形态、生态习性及分子系统进化分析

摘要 鲑鳟鱼是世界上重要的养殖品种,具有很高的经济价值。本研究对2011年引进新的鲑鳟鱼品系进行了形态学、18S和ITS分子系统学分析,结合其生态习性,初步确定该品系的分类地位为鲑科中的南方钢头鳟。该品种的引进为我国今后海上大规模网箱养殖提供了品质优良的鲑鳟鱼新品系。 Salmon is an important marine and freshwater aquaculture species in the world, possessing high commercial value. Combined with morphological, molecular phylogenetic and ecological characteristics analysis, an introduced salmon species was primarily identified as Oncorhynchus rnykiss. The introduction of this species has laid a basis for large scale cage culture of new aquaculture species which has strong eco- logical adaptability and high quality in marine aquaculture in the future.
