摘要
海龙(Syngnathus)系名贵中药,中医学认为其具补肾壮阳、散结消肿等功效,现代生物化学与药理学的研究表明,海龙的药效与所含的甾醇类成分密切相关。本研究利用高效液相色谱分离精制了海龙的甾醇类化合物,通过对精制产物的质谱分析确定了一种甾醇类化合物——胆甾-4烯-3-酮。海龙中甾醇类物质占海龙干粉比重为0.177%,其中胆甾-4-烯3-酮在总甾醇中占9.39%。本研究为名贵中药海龙的有效成分标准化奠定了一定的基础。
Syngnathus is a kind of precious Chinese traditional medicine, which has many effects in kidney potency. Modern biochemistry and pharmacology studies have shown that its efficacies are closely related to the sterol composition in Syngnathus. We separated, purified and structurally determined a kind of sterol, cholest 4-en-3-one via HPLC and MS. The quantitative determination was experimentized,as a result, that steroid has a percentage of 0. 177% in Syngnathus, cholest-4-en-3-one is in the proportion of 9.39% in the total sterol. Our research has laid a foundation for effective component standardization of traditional Chinese medicine, Syngnathus.
