摘要
RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是与靶基因同源的双链RNA诱导的特异转录后基因沉默现象,作为近年兴起的一项新兴技术,被认为有抑制病毒复制的功能。分析目前运用RNA干扰技术在对虾抗病毒感染的研究进展,发现序列特异性的dsRNA在对虾体内能诱导产生强烈的抗病毒反应,表明与RNAi相似的机制存在于对虾的抗病毒反应中。这为免疫进化和控制对虾病毒病提供了科学依据。
RNA interference (RNAi) is a kind of post-transcriptional gene silencing phenomenon of the specific nucleotide sequence in eukaryotic organisms, and is considered to have the inhibition capacity of virus replication. Recent studies showed that sequence-specific double-stranded RNA may induce strong antiviral response in shrimp, which indicate a kind of mechanism like RNAi may exist in shrimp. The application development of RNAi technique to inhibit shrimp virus replication is summarized , the possibility of antiviral therapy based on the RNAi is prospected.
