A型流行性感冒病毒非结构蛋白1与宿主细胞凋亡信号转导关系的研究进展

摘要 流行性感冒(流感)病毒基因组的非结构(NS)蛋白基因是其基因组中最小的基因节段,它转录成的线性mRNA共编码两种蛋白质,即NSl和NS2蛋白。早期研究表明,这两种蛋白质仅存在于被流感病毒感染的细胞中,而在病毒粒子内则无,所以被称为NS蛋白。
