摘要 讨论了C-Mn低合金钢生产准Ф8mm HRB400钢筋的工艺流程,提出了合理的吐丝温度,对钢筋的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能和时效处理性能进行了分析。结果表明:C-Mn低合金钢控轧控冷生产的HRB400钢的金相组织为F+P+W,铁素体晶粒度9.0~9.5级,钢筋力学性能符合GB1499.2-2007HRB400的要求,钢筋经250℃×1 h时效处理后没有时效倾向。 The process of Ф8 mm HRB400 produced with C-Mn low alloy steel was discussed. The reasonable laying temperature was proposed. The investigation was carried by chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and aging heat treatment. The results show that the microstrueture of the C-Mn low alloy steel produced by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process is F + P + W. The ferrite grain size is about 9.0-9.5 level. The mechanical properties of the ribbed bar qualify to HRB400 of GB1499.2-2007. There is no aging tendency after 250 ℃ x 1 h aeine treatment.
