摘要
采用液相还原法研究了纳米铜粉的制备工艺;探讨了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与硫酸铜的浓度比和pH值对产物的影响,并对优化参数条件下的样品进行XRD和TEM检测。结果表明,制备的试样为纯净的球状纳米级立方晶系铜粉,平均晶粒尺寸为2.8 nm。
The preparation process for nano-Cu powder was studied by chemical reduction. The effects of production, which were caused by the concentration ratio between EDTA and CuSO4.5H20 and pH value, were discussed. The production obtained under the best condition was characterized by XRD and TEM. The results show that the production is nearly pure nano-Cu and the average grain size is 2.8 nm.
