厚规格X80管线钢的组织及力学性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用光学显微镜、透射电镜等方法,研究了22 mm厚的X80管线钢的组织及力学性能。结果表明:采取新型成分设计的厚规格X80管线钢,在实验室控轧控冷工艺下有较好的力学性能;当最终水冷速度为20℃/s时,实验钢有着最佳的力学性能,这归因于Mn、Cr、Mo等提高钢淬透性元素以及冷却时内部主要为均匀细小的针状铁素体共同作用的结果。 The effects of microstructure and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel with 22 mm thickness were studied by OP microscope and TEM. The results show that under TMCP process, the steel has good mechanical properties; the experimental steel has the best mechanical properties under the cooling rate of 20 ℃/s, which can attribute to the hardenability elements of Mn, Cr, Mo and fine acicular ferrite microstructure under cooling.
