合金粉末对42CrMo中频熔敷层硬度及耐磨性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在42CrMo表面涂敷由Fe55、SiC、Mn铁和Cr铁组成的合金粉末,采用中频感应加热的方式,获得高硬度、高耐磨的熔敷层。通过改变SiC、Mn铁、Cr铁加入量,测定熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:当Cr铁加入量为4%~12%时,硬度先升高后下降;Mn铁加入量为0%~2%时,硬度逐渐上升;SiC加入量为1%~5%时,硬度先升高后降低。当Cr铁、Mn铁、SiC加入量分别为8%、2%、3%时,熔覆层硬度最高,耐磨性最好。 In order to obtain the deposit with high hardness and wearresistance, alloy powders made up of Fe55, SiC, Mn-Fe and Cr-Fe powder were coated on 42CrMo steel by mediumfrequency induction heating. Hardness and wear-resistance properties of deposit coating with different components of alloy powders were studied. The results show that when the content of CrFe is from 4% to 12%, the hardness of deposit increases at first and then decreases, when the content of Mn-Fe is from 0% to 2%, the hardness increases gradually, when the content of SiC is from 1% to 5%, the hardness increases at first and then decreases. When the content of Cr-Fe, Mn-Fe and SiC is 8%, 2%,3% respectively, the deposit coating has the highest hardness and the best wear-resisting property.
