摘要
利用化学镀方法在高速钢刀具表面镀上Ni-P复合涂层,用不同的检测手段对其表面形貌、成分进行检测分析。同时通过热丝CVD沉积装置在预处理后的刀具表面生长一层金刚石薄膜,并对金刚石薄膜的表面形貌及成分进行了观察和分析。结果表明该预处理方法是可行的。
The Ni-P complex coating on high speed tool was prepared using chemical plating methods, and the surface morphology and content were characterized by different testing techniques. Meanwhile, the diamond coating was deposited on the pretreated HSS tool through HFCVD system. The surface morphology and content were observed and tested. The results show that the chemical plating treat method for HSS tool is suitable and applicable.
