摘要 利用正交试验法研究了膏剂厚度、渗硼温度和时间对Q345B钢渗硼层厚度的影响。结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,各因素对渗硼层厚度的影响顺序是膏剂厚度、渗硼时间、渗硼温度,并确定了最佳膏剂渗硼工艺方案为膏剂厚度6 mm,渗硼温度900℃,渗硼时间7 h。 The effects of electuary thickness, boronizing temperature and time on thickness of boronizing layer on the Q345B steel surface were researched using the orthogonal testing method. The results indicate that, under the assigned test conditions, the influence sequence on the thickness ofboronizing layer is electuary thickness, boronizing time and boronizing temperature. The best boronizing process can be gotten when the electuary thickness is 6 mm and the temperature is 900℃ and the time is 7 h.
