摘要
通过宏观检查、金相检测、力学性能试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析,对超临界机组高温再热器管热腐蚀原因进行分析。结果表明,由于煤质不佳,导致高温再热器管壁发生热腐蚀,造成泄漏发生。
By means of macro inspection, metallurgical microscope test, mechanical properties test, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive analysis, the hot corrosion reason of the high-temperature repeat-heater tube was analyzed. The results show that the bad quality of coal can lead to the hot corrosion of the tube.
