小细胞癌与鳞状细胞癌混合型肺癌1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,65岁,主因＂喘憋加重2个月＂于2009年12月10日入本院治疗.既往哮喘病史,吸烟20余年,1包/日,入院前2个月患者出现喘息憋气,活动后加重.夜间平卧睡眠困难,伴有消瘦.查体：周身浅表淋巴结未及肿大,左下肺呼吸音低,双肺闻及哮鸣音,心律齐,腹平软,肝脾未及,双下肢不肿.外院胸部CT：左侧胸腔积液.行胸腔积液引流后,复查胸部CT发现左肺肿物（图1）.左肺穿刺病理：复合型小细胞癌（小细胞癌＋鳞状细胞癌）（图2）.
