转移性脂肪肉瘤多学科综合治疗一例报告

摘要 1病例报告患者男,55岁。2010-01-21因＂左腘窝脂肪肉瘤术后5年,复发3年＂入院。患者2005-06-13行左腘窝肿物切除术,术后病理确诊为脂肪肉瘤,未接受放化疗。2007-10发现原手术区域肿物复发并渐增大。2009-10因觉肿物生长加速,来我院进一步治疗。
