FTTH不但给用户提供更大的带宽，而且增强了网络对数据格式、速率、波长和协议的透明性，放宽了对环境条件和供电等要求，并有效简化了安装和维护。本文就多年关注的传统用户侧成端方式加以阐述和分析，结合现阶段工程建设、网络维护应用情况提出新颖、实用的FTTH用户侧成端互补型解决方案。

FTTH（Fiber to the Home）not only provides users with more bandwidth, but also improves transparency of data format, transmission speed, wavelength, and protocol, lowers the requirements for environmental conditions and power supply, and simplifies installation and maintenance of equipment. Combining new application situations arising from present operation construction and network maintenance, this paper analyzes the traditional method of optical network terminal at the client＇s side and proposes a new and practical FTTH complementary optical network terminal solution at the client＇s side.
