阶层固化视野下青少年犯罪特点及表现

一个健康有序的社会,阶层之间是良性流动的,尤其是从下向上的流动;但由于各种因素,阶层的边界会因为固化产生封闭,阶层间的冲突就会频发,犯罪即为表现之一。阶层固化状态与青少年改变命运的愿望与行动发生激烈的矛盾,再加上社会解体等原因,这个不易自我控制的群体极有可能发生种种越轨行为;另外,对上层阶层的青少年来说,因为社会资源有利甚至偏袒于他们,也很容易失控,产生犯罪。

In a healthy and orderly society,flowing among classes is positive,especially from the bottom to upper level;However,due to various factors,class borders have been closed because of solidification.As such,the conflict will be frequent,and one of the manifestations is crime.Fierce conflicts arose between the solidification status and juvenile＇s desire and action to change their fate,coupled with other reasons,such as social disintegration.The group lack of self-control has high possibility to conduct misbehaviors;In addition,the juvenile from upper class are also easily out of control and leads to crimes due to the resources of the society are benefit or favor to them.
