以就业为导向的高职院校体育教学改革

Employment-Oriented Physical Education Reform in Higher Vocational Education

"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"已成为职业教育办学方针与指导思想。基于这一指导思想与办学方针,本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方对唐山市5所高职院校体育教学现状进行调查研究,分析了目前高职院校体育教学中存在问题,提出了高职体育教学改革应以就业为导向,以实用为核心,并对体育教学内容、组织形式等进行改革,使高职院校体育教学适应时代发展,为学生就业服务。

＂ With service as the tenet,employment as the guide ＂ has become the vocational education policy and guidelines.Based on this guiding ideology and educational policy,this paper investigates five vocational college PE teaching situation in Tangshan.It analyzes the current PE problems of vocational colleges,and put forward that the vocational PE reform should be employment-oriented and practical as the core.In order to adapt to the development of PE times,service for students’ employment,college should pay more attention to PE content and organization form.
