摘要 依据安徽省17个地市2009年水资源数据对照用水指标紧缺性标准,建立了安徽省各地市人均水资源量的模糊分布模型,结果表明17个地市中属于重度以上缺水的城市占到64.71%,然后根据1995年至2009年安徽省人均水资源拥有量,建立了概率分布模型,计算结果显示在1995—2009的15年中有14年属于中度缺水范围,比例高达93.33%.最后对安徽省污染治理的投资现状进行了分析,通过非参数Cox-Stuart趋势检验,表明安徽省环境污染治理投资占GDP的比重呈逐年下降的趋势. To investigate water resource per capita in seventeen cities of Anhui province, we established a fuzzy distribution model of water resource per capita in seventeen cities of Anhui province which based on the water resource date of Anhui province in 2004, and the numerical results indicated that the very lack of water cities account for 64.71% of the seventeen cities in Anhui province. The result of probability distribution model based on the date of water resource per capita in Anhui from 1990 to 2004 demonstrated that there were 14 middling lack of water years from 1990 to 2004 in Anhui province, the ratio reached as high as 93.33%. Finally, the present status of the pollute abatement in Anhui province was analysis by using Cox - Stuart non - parameter test, the result shows that the investment rate on anti - pollution in GDP of Anhui province is decreased year after year.
