金樱子多糖对药物性肝损伤小鼠血脂代谢的影响 被引量:8

The Effect of the Polysaccharides from Rosa Lacvigata on Blood Lipid Metabolism in Mice with Damaged Liver by Drug

摘要 为探讨金樱子多糖(RP)对药物性肝损伤小鼠血脂代谢的影响,采用KM小鼠为研究动物,将小鼠平均分为5组(高、中、低剂量组、正常组、模型组),RP连续灌喂5周.其中第5周的星期一、三、五、日在正常灌胃后2 h,除正常组外,其余4组均按5 mL/kg腹腔注射0.5%CCl4的花生油溶液,并于末次注射CCl4后18 h摘眼球取血,测量血浆中的甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-cholesterol,HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-cholesterol,LDLC)的含量.结果表明,RP能降低肝损伤小鼠血浆中TC、TG、LDL-C的含量,并提高HDL-C含量,且RP高剂量组的效果极其明显,说明RP对药物性肝损伤小鼠血脂代谢具有良好的修正作用. In order to study the effects of Rosa Lacvigata polysaccharide (RP) on lipid levels of drug- induced liver injury mice. We treated KM mice as study models, and the mouse were divided into 5 groups (high - dosage group, medium - dosage group, low - dosage group, normal group and model group) and feed them with Rosa Lacvigata polysaccharide for 5 weeks. On Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in the last week, the other four groups were applied 0.5 % CCl4 solution in peanut oil by intraperitoneal injection basis 5 mL/kg body weight except the normal group, respectively. And 18 hours after the last injection, we killed the mouse and took blood in order to determine the content of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), LDI, - cholesterol (LDL- C) and HDL- cholesterol (HDL- C) in serum. The results showed that Rosa Lacvigata polysaccharide can lower TC, TG, LDL - C and raise HDL - C in serum. It suggested that RP played the role of a good correction on drug - induced liver injury in mice with lipid metabolism.
