摘要 研究了蛇菰多糖提取物对运动耐力的影响及可能的作用机制.将雄性小鼠随机分为对照组及蛇菰多糖高(150 mg.kg-1)、中(75 mg.kg-1)、低(37.5 mg.kg-1)剂量组,蛇菰多糖各处理组灌胃给予相应剂量的多糖,对照组给等体积蒸馏水,一周后进行力竭游泳及耐缺氧实验,并测定各组小鼠肝糖原、血清乳酸、尿素氮含量,并检测反映肝组织过氧化水平的MDA含量及SOD活力.结果表明,蛇菰多糖处理各组小鼠力竭游泳及缺氧生存时间较对照组明显延长,肝糖原含量高于对照组,血清乳酸、尿素氮含量则低于对照组;肝组织MDA含量低于对照组,而SOD活力则高于对照组.说明蛇菰多糖具有抗疲劳作用,这一作用可能与其抑制肝组织的过氧化水平有关. In order to study anti - fatigue effects of polysaccharide from Balanophora involucrate Hook. f., the male mice were randomly divided into polysaccharide high - dose group ( 150 mg·kg^-1 ), group, middle - dose group (75 mg·kg^-1 ), low - dose group (37.5 mg·kg^-1) and control group (distilled water). Then the experiment of weight - bearing swimming and anti -anoxia were conducted, the content of blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen, liver glycogen were detected, after intragastric administration of 1 week, the content of MDA and activity of SOD in liver tissue as well. The results showed that compared with the control group, the time of weight - bearing swimming and anoxia survival was significantly lengthened by polysaccharide, polysaccharide groups were lower than control group in the content of blood lactic acid, urea nitrogen and MDA of liver tissue, and higher in liver glycogen and activity of SOD. So the polysaccharide have anti - fatigue effect, this effect may be related to the inhibition of peroxidation in liver tissue.
