摘要
以管理学中相关理论知识为基础,运用理论联系实际的方法,剖析了中国家族企业激励与约束制度方面存在的缺少有效法人治理机构、激励与约束机制不健全、企业文化激励弊端等问题,就激励与约束机制的建设提出一系列建议,如,强化激励机制,完善约束机制,重视信任与合作关系等。
The relative theory knowledge of management is the foundation, the problems of incertive and constraint mechanism in Chinese family business are discussed by using theory with practice, which are includin the lack of effective corporate governance mechanism, the distemperedness of incertive and constraint mecha nism and the incertive disadvantages of enterprise culture. Some suggestions are proposed, such as strengthening the ineertive mechanism, improving the constraint mechanism and emphasizing the relationship between trust and cooperation.
