社会经济发展对外语人才要求呈现出复合型跨学科的特征,需要既掌握外国语言又通晓专业知识的应用型、专业型人才。通过大连外国语学院校院两级的培养及对毕业生的社会适应力的分析,总结出优化人才培养体系、为学生提供多样化的发展模式、校企联合等是跨学科外语人才培养的途径。

With the development of social economy, it is necessary to cultivate the complex interdisciplinary foreign languages talents. Those proficient and professional talents should master both foreign language and professional knowledge. By cultivating both university and college authorities and even social resilience of gIaduates in Dalian University of Foreign Languages, it concludes that the approaches of training interdiscipli- nary foreign language talents are building the optimized disciplinary system, providing a variety of development modes and combining education with both universities and enterprises.
