分析网络环境视域的特性,结合大学生运用网络的普遍性,探讨了网络环境视阈下大学生思想政治教育文化内涵,研判其新内容,搭建其新架构,提高人才培养质量,实现大学思想政治教育文化传承与创新。

This paper is focused on the analysis of essential properties of network environment horlzont, aiming to find how to achieve the innovation of ideological and political education based on the utility universality of network by college students. This study intends to shed new light on the ideological and political education connotation of college students under the network horizont, get insight into the new content, construct new framework, and consequently improve the quality of talent cultivation, resulting in a better inherited and inno- vative culture of ideological and political education to college students.
