政治与行政二分原则确立了现代公共行政的基本框架,对20世纪的公共行政学理论研究和行政管理实践产生巨大的影响,20世纪30年代以来学术界对其褒贬不一。
The principle of dichotomy of politics and administration has established a basic frame for modern public administration and has a great influence on theoretical studies of public administration and Practice of Administrative Management for the 20th century, academia has passed different judgments on it since 1930s.
