摘要 文章界定了师范院校生物科学专业"双师型"教师的内涵,明确了在普通师范院校生物科学专业发展和转变的过程中对"双师型"教师培养的重要性和紧迫性,充分考虑生物科学专业"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的"双师型"教师比例偏低、队伍建设发展水平极不平衡和专业教师来源渠道比较单一等问题,提出要培养适应社会需求的生物科学专业人才,必须采取的有效策略和办法。以期为加快我国师范院校生物科学专业教育的转变和发展提供理论依据。 In order to speed up our professional teaching staff construction, this article defines professional teachers in bio -sciences of normal colleges, analyzes the importance and urgency of cultivating Double Qualified Teaching Staff during the professional development and the transformation of biological sciences, provides the theoretical basis for supervisors to take effective strategies and measures to train teachers to adapt to the needs of society in bio - science professionals, and to solve the questions of low rate of "double teachers" , uneven staff construction, and less channels for professional teachers.
