An analysis of the current situation,reasons and countermeasures of fairness in vocational education

职业教育公平是教育公平的重要组成部分,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。职业教育公平是指所有人接受职业教育的权利和机会的基本平等与对个体发展差异性的尊重,职业教育与普通教育有同等的发展机会、获得同等的待遇和认可。文章从职业教育公平的内涵入手,论述职业教育发展中不公平的现状,并进行了原因分析,进而提出促进职业教育公平的相应对策。

Fairness in vocational education is an important part of educational fairness, and the foundation of the socialist harmonious society construction. The fairness of vocational education means the basic equality of the right and opportunity for everyone to receive vocational education and the respect for the diversity of individual development. And it also means that vocational education and general education have the equal development opportunity with equal treatment and social recognition. This article begins with the vocational education fairness connotation, then discusses the unfair situation of vocational education and its reasons, and puts forward the corresponding measures to promote the fairness of vocational education.
