摘要
微格教学是一种利用现代化教学技术手段来培养师范生和在职教师提高教学技能的系统方法。文章通过对两次微格教学成绩的比较分析,说明微格教学训练对一些教学技能的提高是有效的。
Microteaching is a systematic method to train students and young teachers with modem teaching techniques. The paper compared the results of two Micro - teaching, and found that microteaehing training had been effective in the improvement of teaching skill.
