The evaluation of characters which was prevalent in Wei Jin Six Dynasties,was an important cultural phenomenon of Chinese history.The formation of many significant aesthetic concepts,categories,and proposition of Chinese ancient theory of art,had a direct Relation with the evaluation of characters in that period.This article takes staple categories of the evaluation of characters for instance,to investigate the relationship between the terms about the evaluation of characters and theoretical categories of art.
