服务经济时代,国企提升企业核心竞争力,服务文化建设已成为新亮点。以福建中烟龙岩烟草工业公司为例,分析国企服务文化建设的现状及存在问题,烟草企业在新一轮行业竞争中,应树立服务意识,积极推进企业文化落地,提升企业核心竞争力,建设具有自身特色的服务文化。
