2001-2009年泉州进口贸易结构演进研究

Research on changes in the import trade structure of Quanzhou during 2001-2009

从2001-2009年泉州进口贸易总体情况、商品结构、外部区域结构看,泉州进口贸易存在进出口结构明显失衡、双边贸易很不对称、外部市场集中度提高、进口商品结构低级化等问题。泉州市进口贸易要获得可持续发展,必须从战略上重视进口,实行新型市场多元化战略,鼓励进口技术密集型产品,争取净进口商品的定价话语权,营造鼓励进口的良好氛围,促进双边贸易平衡发展。

Through statistics analysis on the import general state, the structure of import goods, and the exterior regional structure of Quanzhou during 2001-2009, it is found that there are four major existing problems： the structure of import and export was unbalanced; the bilateral trade relationship was asymmetrical; the structure of the import market tended to be more centralized; the structure of import goods was still in low-level. Therefore, the following measures are essential： to attach great importance to import trade, to carry out the new strategy of market diversification, to encourage importing the technology-intensive products, to gain the pricing power of net import goods, to create a good atmosphere for the encouragement of import and to promote the balance of bilateral trade, so as to obtain a sustainable development of the import trade in Quanzhou.
