摘要 概述了氮素高效利用水稻选育工作研究进展,阐述了水稻根系活力与根系吸氮速率关系,水稻品种在不同生育时期氮素吸收量的差异以及不同施氮水平在各生育时期和不同生育时期硝酸还原酶活性等有关应用基础研究,提出了在氮素高效利用水稻新品种育种中可以把较高的稻谷产量、多穗、高结实率和高收获指数作为其选育的主要参考指标。 The research progress in the breeding of rice variety with high-efficiency nitrogen-using was summarized in this paper.The relationship between the activity of rice root system and the rate of N absorption was described.The difference in the nitrogen uptake of rice variety in different growth stages,the activity of nitrate reductase in different growth stages based on different levels of nitrogen application and other relevant issues were researched.Thus,the high yield,multiply panicle,high rate of seed-setting and high harvesting index could be used as the main reference indicators in this kind of new variety breeding.
