论中华楹联文化的秘书资源学意义

On the Culture of Chinese Couplets as a Kind of Important Resource of Secretary-training

中华楹联文化能够成为秘书人才培养的重要资源,是由楹联自身的特性所决定的。本文以此立论,并从五个方面阐释楹联文化的秘书资源学意义,即楹联是秘书写作能力精进的重要资源,楹联学习有助于秘书儒雅气韵的形成、合度处世理念的培育、创新能力的发展以及公关与交际能力的增强。以期证明,楹联文化是中国传统文化体系中于秘书"立人"极有助益的类型文化。

The culture of Chinese couplets has become the important resource of secretary -training, which is composed of couplets on its own characteristics. This paper will start with the argument, and explain the meaning of couplets- culture as secretary- training＇ resources respectively from five aspects, namely, the couplets are the critical resources to be used to promote secretary＇ writing ability. Couplets learning is sure to contribute to the formation of the secretary elegant style, degree in the cultivation of the idea, development of innovation ability and that of the public relations and communication ability, therefore, the couplets culture is the China＇s traditional culture system on the secretary of ＂construction of human＂, which is very helpful to the types of culture.
