湖州市服务外包产业发展对策研究

A Study of Countermeasures on Serving Huzhou Outsourcing Industry Development

随着经济全球化的发展、科技的不断进步和全球产业结构的调整,服务外包成为新一轮产业转移重要的推动因素,蕴藏着巨大的发展机遇。加快发展服务外包产业,是湖州市优化产业结构,转变外贸发展方式,拓宽对外经济技术合作渠道,促进经济又好又快发展的有效途径之一。文章对湖州市服务外包产业发展的现状、存在的问题进行了深入的分析,最后还提出了发展湖州市服务外包产业的对策建议。

With the development of economy globlization, constant advance of science and technology, and adjustment of industry strucutures, service outsourcing industry （SOl） is becoming the main promoting factor of the new industry transfer, containing a great many developing opportunities, which is an effective approach to optimize industry strucuture in Huzhou, transform the mode of foreign trade development, broaden the channels of cooperation in overseas economy and technology, and promote a kind of sound and rapid development of economy. This paper makes a further ananlysis on the the present situation and existing problems of SOl in Huzhou, and try to brings out corresponding strategies and suggestions on the development of SO1 in Huzhou.
