大学在由规模扩张向内涵发展转型过程中,必须加强学科建设。大学内涵发展下学科建设的基本内容包括优化学科结构布局,完善学科组织体系,加强学科队伍建设,确立学科发展方向,申报重大学科项目。大学必须围绕人才队伍、学科基地、学术生态环境和学科制度等方面加强学科建设。

In the process of transformation from scale expansion to content development,the university must strengthen disciplines.In the course of the content development of the university,The basic content of disciplines includes Adjusting and optimizing the layout of the disciplinary structure,building a set of sound discipline organizational system,forming a strong multidisciplinary teams,establishing an appropriate disciplinary development direction and declaring a major disciplinary project.
