摘要
科技期刊应在协同理论的指导下,调整期刊社内部组织结构,发现共用资源、开发资源的新用途,创新服务,以提高资源的利用效率,整合期刊社的内部资源;同时还可采用多角化经营和战略联盟等模式整合外部资源以全面提高期刊社资源的利用效率,促进我国科技期刊体制改革的进一步深化。
The technical periodical should adjust the internal organization under the instruction of synergetics,discover common uses of resources,develop the new use of resource,innovate service,to conformity periodical society internal resources;Simultaneously,should to conformity exterior resources by multiple-angle management and strategic alliance to enhances use efficiency of periodical society resources,and promotes our the technical periodical organizational reform further deepening.
