涩北气田泡沫排水采气工艺试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 针对气井由于携液不畅导致井筒积液而造成产量下降的问题,涩北气田开展了泡沫排水工艺现场试验研究。根据泡沫排水工艺的基本原理,结合涩北气田的地质特征及地层水矿化度高的特点,开展了泡排剂的室内研究及性能评价,并根据气井的特点进行了大量现场试验。结果表明,泡沫排水采气工艺的实施能够达到排出井筒积液、降低气井油套压差和恢复气井产量的目的。 In some wells of Sebei gasfield, poor liquid-carrying capacity results in a liquid loading, and finally makes a production decline. So, an experimental study on foam-drainage gas-production technology is implemented. Based on the technological principle, the performance of foam-drainage agent is evaluated combining with geological features and formation water with high salinity, and a lot of field tests are simultaneously carried out. Results show that with an obvious economic effect, this technology may eliminate the liquid loading, decrease the pressure difference between tubing and casing, and recover the gas production.
