白音查干区块气体钻井技术研究与应用

Gas Drilling and Its Application to Baiyinchagan Block

气体钻井技术是一种特殊的欠平衡钻井技术,合理使用可以极大地提高钻进时效,降低钻井作业成本。为了加快白音查干区块的勘探开发速度,缩短钻井周期,将气体钻井技术应用于白音查干区块。现场实践表明,气体钻井技术的应用,在硬地层、可钻性差、研磨性强的非储层段,对提高钻井速度及克服复杂情况等,比常规钻井液钻井更有优势。

Gas drilling is a very special underbalanced drilling technology. Its reasonable utilization may not only increase efficiency but also reduce cost. At present, the gas drilling has been applied to Baiyinchagan block. Its application shows that for some un-reservoirs with poor drillability and strong abrasive, the gas drilling is better than conventional mud drilling in terms of both increasing drilling rate and overcoming complicated downhole accidents.
