摘要
针对长距离天然气输送管道的阴极保护数据采用人工测试效率低且测试困难的问题,引入了管道阴极保护数据远程无线传输技术。介绍了该技术的系统构成与功能,以及系统的硬软件安装程序。现场应用表明,远程无线传输技术能准确地测试出管线通断电电位和腐蚀电位,远程传输性能较稳定。
In many gas-transmission pipelines with long distance, CP data tested by manual is characterized by low efficient and this test is a little difficult. So, a technology of remote and wireless transmission for CP data is introduced. In this paper, the systematical structure and function of this technology, and some hardware and software are presented. After a field application, it is found out that the technology may accurately test the current-cut-off and off potential and the corrosion potential for the pipeline. And its performance is more stable.
