摘要
本文探讨了组织的概念与内涵,构建了组织系统模型,指出组织系统是由理念子系统、结构子系统、运行子系统和绩效子系统组成,并分析了各个子系统的定义、作用、子系统间相互关系以及组织系统与环境系统的关系。进而得出组织系统、组织系统构建、组织系统管理与发展应在充分分析组织环境的基础上,遵循"理念—结构—运行—绩效"的基本规律,即确定正确的理念子系统,科学设计结构子系统,严格管理运行子系统,实现利益相关者满意的绩效子系统。
The paper explores the concept and connotation of organization, builds the organization system moaet ana points that organization system is composed of idea subsystem, structure subsystem, operation subsystem and performance subsystem and analyzes the definition and role of subsystems, interactions between subsystems and the relationships between organization system and environment system. So the paper thinks that organization system, organization system building, the management and development of organization system should follow the basic law of idea - structure - operation - performance on the basis of full analyzing organization environment, that is, determining the correct idea subsystem, scientifically designing structure subsystem, rigorously managing operation subsystem and achieving the performance subsystem which makes stakeholder satisfy.
