摘要
职工持股的动机直接影响股权激励的效果,为了探求新形势下国有企业改制中职工持股的目的,文章以武汉5家改制国企为样本,采用灰靶模型进行研究,结果表明,影响职工持股的主要因素按作用大小依次为:企业的赢利能力、股权集中度、职工的年龄、职工技能。这也证实当前职工持股以长期股权投资为主要目的,并不是以就业和短期福利为主要诉求。
The purposes of employee sharing ownership influence the effect of ownership incentive. Focused on the purposes of employee sharing ownership in reformed state-owned enterprises recently, this article adopts grey target model and analyses 5 the reformed state-owned enterprises in Wuhan. The result reveals that the main factors, which affect the employees holding shares, are in descending order as follow: the profitability of business, ownership concentration, the age of employees and staff skills. It is also confirmed that long-term equity investments is the main purpose of employee sharing ownership, but short-term welfare and employment are not the main appeals.
