高寒区水电站碾压混凝土坝段保温方案的优化 被引量:1

摘要 某高寒区水电站碾压混凝土坝段原温控设计提出在上、下游面采用填土保温、聚氨酯保温方案。本文根据工地现场实际情况,对原上、下游面的保温方案进行了分析和优化,提出对上、下游面喷涂聚氨酯材料的保温方案,在回填土前,应对坝体上、下游面、浇筑水平层面作好临时保温工作,临时保温采用0.03m厚聚氨酯发泡被。利用有限元法对这种方案进行了三维仿真计算,结果表明:本方案的越冬保温效果较好,能够有效地防止上、下游表面混凝土裂缝的产生。 According to the original design of temperature control for the RCC dam,landfill insulation and polyurethane insulation would be sprayed on the upstream and downstream surfaces of the RCC dam.On the basis of the actual construction process,the original heat preservation of the upstream and downstream surfaces were analyzed and optimized.We put forward a new scheme for heat preservation to combine earth-filling with spraying polyurethane.Before earth-filling,the upstream and downstream surfaces should be temporally protected with a 0.03 m thick foaming cover of polyurethane.A calculation was made by applying a 3-D Finite Element Method.The results show that the recommended scheme for heat preservation can get good effect by decreasing the thermal stresses of the upstream and downstream surfaces.The cracks on the surfaces can be effectively prevented.
