日本战后环境思想史中的“政治经济学时代”

Political Economy Era in Environment Intellectual History in Japan's Postwar

日本战后环境问题是伴随着经济社会的迅猛发展与生态环境的急剧恶化而逐渐被人们所认识的。回顾这段环境思想史其中发生的种种事件均明显体现其时代特征。由于战后日本学术界开始环境问题研究时以马克思主义学者为起始且研究者大多具有良好的经济学背景加之日本学界的理论储备也集中于此所以自然会选择运用马克思主义政治经济学来解决问题。因此可以认为日本环境思想研究中的第一代问题是同"政治经济学时代"相吻合的这便是日本马克思环境思想之开端。由此回顾并梳理日本战后作为马克思环境思想研究奠基的"政治经济学时代"对我国相关领域的马克思主义研究特别是对于正处于公害频发期的中国而言具有重要的参照价值和借鉴意义。

Japan＇s environment problem, which was accompanied with rapid development of economic soci- ety and sudden degradation of ecological environment, has been increasingly known by us and reflected its time characteristic. Japan academic circle selected and used Marxism as their research method since most Japanese scholars had the knowledge background of Marxism and Marxism as their starting point and base of research. For this reason, the first series problems of Japan＇s environment thought research coincided with political economy, which is the beginning of Japan＇ s Marx environment thought. Thus it can be said that reviewing and arranging the political economy era is undoubtedly having the significant reference value to China＇s Marxist theory research and the frequent public nuisance China itself.
