鄱阳湖生态经济区发展文化产业的现状及对策

On Present Situation and Strategies of Poyang Lake's Ecological Economy Zone to Develop Cultural Industry

鄱阳湖生态经济区文化产业取得了较快的发展但仍存在几个突出的问题如文化产业人才集聚力不够人才结构层次不合理;文化产业企业规模小核心技术、关键技术掌握不多;民间资本市场支持力度不够、投资主体单一、文化产业企业融资难;创意不够;缺乏品牌的塑造。针对这些问题本文从文化艺术资源整合、创意人才培养、延长产业链、品牌塑造等方面着手探讨鄱阳湖文化产业发展的对策并列举出具体可行的操作方法。

Although it made a relatively rapid progress, cultural industry of Poyang Lake＇s Ecological Econ- omy Zone is not perfect. Its problems mainly lie in： their talents are not fully attracted, the level of talents＇ struc- ture is not rational, the business scale is small, the key technologies are not enough, private capital market doesn＇ t support completely, invest subjects are simple, and so on. Based on these problems, this paper investigates its developing strategies of Poyang Lake＇s cultural industry and gives detailed and flexible methods of operating. This paper suggests they should combine resources of culture and arts, cultivate talents, extend industrial chain and set up brands.
