中西医结合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in the integrative medicine

目的:研究应用中西医结合方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:选择2009年2月到2009年11月我院收治的100例神经根型颈椎病病人,分成治疗组和对照组两组。每组各50例,对照组病人应用颈牵引结合药物氯诺昔康治疗,治疗组病人应用自拟正颈宁方加整脊旋转手法及予甘露醇配合激素治疗,比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果:治疗组50例患者中,总有效率为98%。对照组50例患者中,总有效率为70%。治疗组治疗效果明显比对照组良好,两组差异明显,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:应用中西医结合方法治疗神经根型颈椎病,治疗效果良好。

Objective： to study the application method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopathy effect. Method： choose in February 2009 to November 2009 records of 100 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root 程昊 type patients, were divided into treatment group and control group two groups. Each group of each 50 cases and control patients with cervical traction application＇s drug chlorine bridge health treatment, the treatment groups of patients to NingFang is applying the neck with chiropractic rotation method and to cooperate with the mannitol hormone therapy, compared with two sets of patients therapeutic effect. Results： treatment group of 50 cases, the total effective rate was 98%. In the control group of 50 cases, the total effective rate was 70%. The effect in treatment group than in the control group obviously good, the two groups have significant difference, P 〈 0.05 a statistically significant. Conclusion： the application method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, the treatment effect is good.
