黄芪超微粉增强免疫功能及抗疲劳作用的研究

A study of astragalus ultrafine on enhancing immune function and anti-fatigue

目的:研究黄芪超微粉对免疫功能的影响及抗疲劳的作用,并与黄芪饮片进行比较。方法:采用免疫器官重量法测定免疫指标,采用小鼠负重游泳试验观察抗疲劳作用。结果:黄芪超微粉能够显著增加免疫器官的重量;能够显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间。结论:黄芪超微粉具有增强免疫、抗疲劳的功能。

Objective： To study the ultrafine astragalus on the immune function and anti-fatigue effects,and compared with the astragalus Pieces. Methods： Immunohistochemical determination of immune organ weight indicators,load swimming test in mice observed using anti-fatigue effect.Results： Astragalus ultrafine can significantly increase the weight of immune organs; can significantly prolong the swimming time. Conclusion： Astragalus ultrafine with enhanced immunity, anti-fatigue function.
