经皮肾镜碎石取石术加尿石净汤治疗肾结石60例临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating 60 cases of kidney stones by surgery plus TCM medicine

目的:观察经皮肾镜碎石取石术加尿石净汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法对60例肾结石患者采用经皮肾镜碎石取石术加尿石净汤治疗,将治疗结果详细记录并统计。结果:本组60例患者中59例成功实施经皮肾镜取石术,成功率为98.33%,随访1～3个月,无复发、并发症出现。结论:经皮肾镜碎石取石术加尿石净汤治疗肾结石是安全有效的,值得在临床加以推广和应用。

Objective： Percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone lithotomy net increase of urinary stone soup, the clinical efficacy of treatment of kidney stones. Methods 60 cases of kidney stones treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone lithotripsy plus net treating urinary stones, the treatment results of detailed records and statistics. Results： 60 patients, 59 cases of successful implementation of percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy, the success rate of 98.33%, up 1 to 3 months, no recurrence, complications. Conclusions： Percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone lithotomy net increase of urinary stone soup is safe and effective treatment of kidney stones, to be worthy of promotion and in clinical applications.
