参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓伴早搏30例

Treating 30 cases of sinus bradycardia with Shensong Yangxin capsules

目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓伴早搏的疗效。方法:将60例窦性心动过缓伴室性早搏病人随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组在原发病的基础药物治疗,常规治疗的基础上,给予参松养心胶囊每次3粒每日3次,4周后复查24hHolter及判定疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后临床症状和24hHolter疗效比较优于对照组。结论:常规治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊对治疗窦性心动过缓伴早搏有较好效果。

Objective： To observe the parameters matsukai capsule sinus bradycardia with premature treatment efficacy. Methods： 60 patients with sinus bradycardia with premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients. Conclusion： The conventional treatment parameters based on the use Matsukai capsule on treatment of sinus bradycardia with premature better results.
