针药结合辨证治疗眩晕的临床观察

目的:观察针药结合治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用针刺加中药治疗;对照组单纯采用中药口服治疗。两组均以10d为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组30例中,痊愈6例,显效10例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率为90%;对照组痊愈3例,显效4例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率为63.3%;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗眩晕有显著的临床疗效,复发率低,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Conclusion： Combination of medicine and acupuncture in treating vertigo with remarkable clinical curative effect, low recurrence rate, fewer adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
